Two Warranties. One Clear Standard.
The type of warranty you receive depends on the foundation repair method used. Both are included in writing at no extra cost.
Lifetime Warranty
Press Pile PiersLifetime warranty applies to piers installed by Lonestar Driveways and Foundation Repair only. The piers will be warranted for the life of the structure. Should any of the piers experience settlement, Lonestar shall make any or all necessary adjustments at no cost to the owner.

- No-cost adjustments if piers settle
- Written document delivered at completion
Void condition: Settlement caused by plumbing leaks is not covered.
5-Year Warranty
Block and Base5-year warranty applies to block and base work installed by Lonestar Driveways and Foundation Repair, LLC only. Should any settlement occur, Lonestar shall make any or all necessary adjustments at no cost to the owner.
- Covers 5 years from installation date
- No-cost adjustments if settlement occurs
- Written document delivered at completion

Which Warranty Applies to You?
The repair method, and therefore the warranty type, is determined at your free inspection and stated clearly in your written quote before any work begins. We will explain exactly what your home needs and why, with no pressure.
What Is Not Covered
- Settlement caused by active or unrepaired plumbing leaks
- Damage caused by third-party modifications to the foundation after our repair
- Issues unrelated to the specific work Lonestar performed
- Driveway or sidewalk repairs (the pier warranty applies to pier work only)
How to Make a Claim
If you believe work we performed has experienced settlement, contact us directly. We will schedule a follow-up inspection at no cost to you.
