Privacy Policy
How we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
Last updated: October 2026
1. In Brief
Lonestar Foundation Repair ("Lonestar," "we," or "us") respects your privacy. We collect the information you give us in order to quote and perform your project, and — only if you accept analytics cookies — a random identifier that lets us count visits. We do not sell or rent your information, and we run no advertising trackers. You can decline analytics cookies and still use the site normally.
2. Information We Collect
Information you give us
When you request a quote or contact us, we may collect the information you provide: your name, phone number, email address, property address, and details about your project. We may also receive contact information you share by phone call or text message.
Information from analytics cookies (only with your consent)
If you accept analytics cookies, your browser sends a random identifier and the page you are viewing to our server, which lets us count page views and see which pages get used.
Information your browser and network can reveal
Regardless of your cookie choice, your browser and our delivery network can reveal basic technical information, such as your IP address, browser and device type, your browser language, your time zone, and your screen size. Our network (Cloudflare) may tell us your city, state, or country. We do not use precise geolocation to track you.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to respond to your inquiry, prepare quotes, schedule and perform services, and provide customer support. With your consent, we may contact you about your project or related services. We use analytics information only in aggregated, anonymous form to understand how the site is used and to improve it. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for advertising.
4. Cookies and Local Storage
We use only your browser's local storage and a small number of first-party cookies. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies. The cookies we use are:
-
Theme and language preferences. Stored on your device under the
lonestar-themeandlonestar-langkeys, plus thels_langcookie (one year). These are never sent to our analytics systems. Because your language choice is remembered across visits, this cookie is sent with each request to our own domain. -
Your cookie choice. The
ls_consentkey and cookie (one year) store whether you accepted or declined analytics cookies, so we do not ask again on every visit. This is a preference, not a tracker. -
A visitor identifier for analytics (only if you accepted). The
ls_visidkey and thels_vcookie, both lasting one year, hold a random identifier. It lets us tell a returning visit apart from a new visit and count page views in aggregate. It is not a fingerprint and is not derived from your device.
When you visit a page with analytics enabled, your browser also sends basic technical information such as your screen size, browser language, time zone, and the site you came from. You can clear these cookies and local storage items in your browser settings at any time. Note that if you do, your theme and language preferences reset, your visitor identifier is regenerated (so your activity may be counted as a new visit), and we will show you the cookie notice again.
To change your cookie decision at any time, use the "Cookie Settings" link in the footer or the button on this page.
5. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may share it with service providers that help us run the business, such as hosting providers, the company that operates our website, and payment processors. Those providers may only use the information to provide services to us and are required to protect it. We may also share information when the law or legal process requires it, or to protect our rights and the safety of others.
6. Data Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Text Messaging
By providing your phone number, you agree that we may communicate with you by phone or text message about your project or quote request. Standard message and data rates may apply. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time by requesting to be removed.
8. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you. You may also change your cookie decision at any time. To make a request, contact us using the information below.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page.
